One programme is confirmed for now: Air Modul Basic (Amadeus Basic). It runs 23–27 November 2026, every day from 08:00 to 16:00, at the Travel & Technology Hub, Gacka 16, Zagreb. Price on enquiry. Students, unemployed people and pensioners are eligible for a 50% discount, and instalments are possible. The full description is on the course page.
Why you learn by doing
Imagine sitting down at a reservation system for the first time, not understanding most of the abbreviations and labels on the screen, with nobody beside you to tell you what each of them means. A book can explain a term, but only when you search for a flight yourself and make a reservation do you realise where mistakes are usually made. Our course combines theory and exercises.
The material is taught by people with more than 20 years of experience in the aviation industry and tourism, and they answer your questions using concrete examples from practice.

The Academy as a place of learning
The Academy at Gacka 16 offers training for jobs related to tourism and air travel. The idea is simple: people who work in the industry, together with industry partners, pass knowledge on to those who need it. Travel Management Academy describes that approach, which grew out of two decades of experience in tourism.
The Basic course is intended for beginners in air travel. The only requirement we state is knowledge of English.
What you receive at the end
The course ends with a test of the knowledge gained, after which you receive a certificate of completion issued by Ulix, an IATA-certified travel agency. The course gives you practical knowledge of reservations and airline tickets.
